Kevin Sheedy, Australian Indigenous Apprenticeship Ambassador presented at the ‘Shake a Leg’ breakfast on Tuesday 28th August held at the State Library of NSW. Sheedy is a well known advocate for indigenous inclusion into mainstream society.

As part of National Skills Week 2012, he spoke about the opportunities available to indigenous youth plus the benefits of employing indigenous people in the workplace.

The event was attended by a range of dignitaries and business representatives including Brian Wexham, National Skills Week Founder, who also spoke about good news stories regarding indigenous youth and skills shortages.
