Shake A Leg wishes to congratulate automotive light vehicle apprentice Harrison Newton for being awarded the prestigious Chris Ingram Educational Scholarship!

Harrison works at Mercedes-Benz Brisbane, Queensland’s largest Mercedes-Benz dealer and a member of the LSH Auto Australia’s network of outlets.

The Chris Ingram Educational Scholarship is awarded to an apprentice who shows academic excellence throughout their studies, and adjudged as adaptable, resilient and demonstrating leadership in the workplace. The Scholarship is awarded annually to aid a young apprentice to reach their full potential.

Applicants were assessed on the following selection criteria:

1. Academic excellence

Assessment of the results achieved by each apprentice during their studies.

2. Leadership in the workplace

Assessment of each apprentices demonstrated attitude, enthusiasm and leadership in the workplace.

3. Adaptability and Resilience

Assessment of the apprentice’s growth potential, potential to adapt to change, thrive in a different environment, and a demonstrated willingness to grasp new experiences and opportunities.

Shake A Leg would like to thank WPC Group and their scholarship partner LSH Auto Australia for their ongoing support of the ambassador program, and for providing valuable development opportunities to our apprentices to grow their knowledge and expand their experience base within the automotive industry.
