Alicia Doolan was awarded the Western Sydney Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander of the Year Award at the NSW Training Awards this month. Alicia completed The Citi New Recruits program in 2013 and that was a great stepping stone to a Business Traineeship. She commenced a Traineeship in 2014 at Precision Metal Group and excelled in her on and off the job studies.
